I found Gemini Home Improvement, Inc. online. They had great reviews, so I called them right away since I was having issues with my roof. They didn't disappoint me. They are very knowledgeable and have good prices. I will definitely recommend them.

Hands down the best home improvement company around. I called on a Monday he came out the next day even showed up early. Pedro was very professional he took his time evaluating my problem very friendly. Very reasonable in price will be my go-to company for repairs.

Gemini has repaired or replaced nearly every roof in my neighborhood after the series of storms we had this winter/spring damaged most of them. I was impressed by the quality of work I was seeing and am impressed by the roof they put on my house. The price is fair, the worksmanship excellent, and the product is top of the line. I shouldn't need another roof for a really long time, but if I do I will call Gemini.

Our experience with Gemini Home Improvement, and more specifically with Pedro was extremely positive. Our roof was severely damaged during a wind storm. We called Pedro for a quote (he had recently replaced 2 roofs nearby). He was prompt with providing a quote which we felt was reasonable. In addition, Pedro also did some other exterior repairs of windows, trim replacement, and attic vent replacement. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and workmanship. When Pedro heard that my moms roof was damaged down to the wood in 1 of our early March storms and more snow was coming in a couple days, he was there within an hour and patched it up right on the spot. Amazing from start to end. We had an emergency repair needed on our roof and Pedro got to it within only a couple of days. He kept in constant contact with us and did more than the original job required (we thought it only needed repair in one place but he fixed three different areas). We couldn’t have asked for more. Had a leak in my skylight around midnight--contacted Pedro and he got back to me the following morning. By the afternoon we had set a time and he was there ready to assess and fix the leak. So professional and so thoughful. Because of that I've hired him for another job in the Spring and give him my highest recommendation.

Pedro went above beyond with helping fix aluminum flashing on my roof. He not only fixed the flashing, but then went above and beyond and went on top my roof and inspected and fixed other small issues while he was here. We have never worked with a contractor as kind and caring as Pedro and his crew. My mom had problems with her 40 yr old siding on her home. During weather events with high winds last spring, several large pieces had fallen off. Other issues we had not noticed such as a section of leaky gutter and improper pitch made for areas of hidden rot. On the first walk through for a free estimate Pedro met when my husband and the insurance agent could meet us all.. The insurance agent along with my husband a son of a late construction CO owner were impressed with Pedro's assessment of problems he pointed out along with the cause and how he would proceed if given the job. Every step along the way was discussed with my mom and me. Thing's like the dumpster arrival date, materials and start date along with completion date. Each day Pedro's to do list was reviewed and each night he would complete a walk through with us. When the work was fully completed we all loved the design to the window wrapping,the correction of the pitch of the new gutters and the gutter guards to keep out foliage and debris. My husband was thrilled he no longer needed to climb the old latter to clean clogs twice a year. As far as the actual installers, they put in 8 to 10 hours daily in the summer heat of 2017. As soon as I let him know that I was ready to go ahead with his team for my roofing project he was able to give me a very quick timeframe. I shopped around to over 5 different roofing companies and this company had the best price! I thought with the lower price the service might be sub par but absolutely not! Job was completely done in less than 2 days. Completely new roof and left my yard and driveway spotless. Also they noticed rotting wood on my roof which I feel other companies would have taken advantage of and charged crazy $$$. Gemini fixed all the rotted wood and went on with the job charging me for the supplies only! Awesome company to hire for your job. Great price and great service I would highly recommend them!

Everything about my experience with Gemini Home Improvement was beyond my expectations. From the time the phone was answered by Pedro to job completion. They solved a problem with a leak from the vent pipe on my roof (which was installed by a different company) that was causing a stain on my bathroom ceiling. While on my roof he also gave an inspection and did sealing at no extra charge. He noticed my gutters where clogged as I haven't had them cleaned in over 2 years. I asked if he would do it for me and he was back the next day to do it and even texted me before and after pics and took the time to explain what he did. Super prompt, honest and fair price, friendly and clean! I would recommend to anyone who needs home improvement as Pedro and Gemini Home Improvement are top notch. Will get my business again!

After several experiences trying to get responses from various siding contractors (without satisfactory results), Gemini was recommended to us by the local Alside siding distributer. I called Pedro, and he was here to discuss our project within the hour. I was very impressed and encouraged by his responses to my various questions. He sent us a quote that evening, which we accepted. Pedro, Andre, and the crew did an excellent job. Our house has many architectural features which were meticulously handled. They were very responsive and accommodating to my many inquiries and suggestions. The work was accomplished in a timely manner, despite unsettled Spring weather. We are quite happy with the results of our siding job and would recommend them to others seeking similar work.

My wife and I purchased our first home as a married couple. We took out a 203k loan to do some extensive work to the house. We had multiple bids from multiple general contractors. Pedro came referred from a childhood friend along with knowledge of 203k loans. Choosing Gemini was the best thing we did besides buy this house. From start to finish the owner was right there. He treated our home as it was his own. His pricing was reasonable and we felt like we got more than we paid for. Since completing our remodel, we have hired Pedro to do additional projects along with emergency calls. Our next big project will be either this year or next year and we plan to just hire Pedro. He has gained our trust by being honest and fair and it is not worth looking around. Bottom line, you would be foolish to pass by this contractor. Update 1/18/18 - if the above hasn’t made you call Gemini well this update should. One year later and we still use and love Gemini. No projects has been too small or too big. Pedro even does work in our condo. We recently had a tree fall on our house. One call to pedro and he was right there to make sure the house was safe and not exposed to the element. The repair work was done quickly and you would never know a tree fell on the house. The list of stuff he has done for us is endless. If I were you and you are debating calling him, you better call and get him booked. With spring and tax returns around the corner we will be booking him up soon and I know many others plan to do the same.

We came to know pedro when we bought our house and needed extensive work done. His prices are reasonable and the work was done above expectations. Since then we have used him for other jobs along with damage done due to a falling tree. Contractors are known to be late, go over budget and not listen. Pedro is the opposite of all that.

Pedro and his team had to put up with me my mom and my husband prior to the actual work. My mom is 86 and feels more comfortable with us by her to ask questions and concerns. We met with Padro prior to the official paper work. At a time in early evening so my husband could be with us. On the walk around the home Padro pointed out several issue we had and never saw. Taking that extra time we got to better know what hidden issues that needed repair. Mom a teacher years ago still held tight to high standards of all areas of work. Pedro answered the phone every time I called. It never went to a recording or a staff member. He let us know the steps in the order of services. He called to let my mom ķñow a small dumpster would be coming on x day at x time. Same for the delivery of materials and that the work starting. There were lots of issues that needed repair before the new vinyl siding. There were rot issues from a improperly gutter placement. My mom began to think she better replace all the gutters and a leaf guard. Just like that the next day after the rot was replaced a delivery of new gutters with guards. Mom mom needed to keep her tv antenna again no problem. Team Gemini repaired doorbell, house numbers that were bigger and easier to see from the street. They asked if she wanted a new outdoor front light to match her lamppost and she choose one and it was on the house in moments. During the work Irma caused days of heavy rain. As soon as the rain stopped all hands were on deck working early morning and did not stop until dusk. Again we went through our final walk yes, around a time my husband could attend. The work was beautiful. The Windows have a beautifully crafted wrap. The new doorbells and gutters properly angled. It was great craftsmen job. My mom's had several neighbors stop by and comment. Others have asked if she is moving. No she loves her home and has no intentions of moving ever. Thank you Gemini. I would hire Gemini if we ever need Construction on our home again.
